  1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or purchasing digital products (templates, components, PDFs) from Konsult ehf. ("Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  2. Merchant of Record & Payments

    Konsult ehf. utilizes Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy Limited) as the exclusive Merchant of Record.
    Purchases: Your legal contract for the purchase is with Lemon Squeezy. They handle all payment processing, invoicing, and tax collection.
    Disputes: Any billing or payment disputes must be directed to Lemon Squeezy (lemonsqueezy.com/help).

  3. License & Usage Rights

    Upon purchase, Konsult ehf. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products.
    Permitted: You may use the digital products for personal projects or client projects.
    Prohibited: You may not redistribute, resell, lease, license, or offer the products as-is or modified to any third party. You may not use the components or templates to create a competing digital product or template for sale.

  4. Intellectual Property

    Konsult ehf. retains all copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights to the digital products. You are purchasing a license to use the assets, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

  5. Refunds for Digital Goods

    Due to the non-returnable nature of digital downloads, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been accessed or downloaded, unless the product is technically defective. All refund requests are subject to Lemon Squeezy's Refund Policy and final discretion.

  6. Limitation of Liability

    The digital products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Konsult ehf. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

  7. Changes to Terms

    We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

  8. Governing Law

    These terms are governed by the laws of Iceland. Any service-related disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Reykjavík, Iceland.
