Hæ, I'm Kristján.

I'm a computer scientist with a passion for everything tech. Based in Reykjavík, I've spent 20+ years building software, from writing my first lines of code to leading a software department.

I've been at Stefna Hugbúnaðarhús since 2006. First as a developer, then in operations and quality, and finally as Head of Software. Now I help teams streamline how they work with Notion, automation, AI and the right amount of custom code.

I'm always tinkering with new tools and ideas. My focus is on productivity with a healthy dose of automation and AI.
